General Update Information
Please contact me if you have updated information for any section of the website. I strive to keep everything as up-to-date as possible. however, I depend on parents, staff, and students to help keep me informed. If there is an error, omission or area that simply needs to be updated, please e-mail me and I will get it corrected.

I will be involved with Marching Band competitions so that information is usually update very quickly.

For other events, be sure to send me information that includes dates, times, who participated, what the event was, what the results where, the title of the event, where it was held etc.

FILES
Files can be in Microsoft Word, Excel or Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. Just e-mail the files as an attachment to the webmaster. Please note, due to space and time, we reserve the right to not publish all items submitted.

Articles or other information published on this site are subject to review and removal at any time.

PHOTOS
Photos can be submitted for publication via E-mail or on CD.

Cell phone photos are too small and are usually not usable.

Images submitted on CD must be Mac or PC in ISO 9660 format. Most CD-Writing software for the PC can write this format. Be sure to "close out" or complete the CD. Multi session disks may not be readable.

Not all images submitted will be published.
If your pictures are not used, it is because of one of these factors

• Pictures are too similar to others already used
• An image could be regarded as inappropriate
• There are just too many pictures - we have a limited space on the web server
• Too many pictures of the same: event, kid, section etc.
• Time constraints simply limit my ability to prepare and upload the images
• The pictures are too old to be relevant - old news
