The teams are divided into groups and are represented by colors to make it easier to tell what teams are working specific events.

Colonial center
policies & guidelines

1. All persons entering the colonial center must be on a sign in sheet at the entrance door or they will be turned away. (important to sign attached sign up sheet)   
2. The entrance concession workers will use is the first street level double doors on the west side of the colonial center.  Inside will be a receptionist table with the wkbb sign in sheet.
3. If you become unable to fullfil you obligation, please inform your team leader in enough time to replace you. 
4. Concession workers must wear dark pants, (preferably black) with a white tee or polo type shirt; no baseball hats or flip-flops allowed.
5. No children other than band members will be granted entrance to the Colonial Center.
6. Band students may work concerts only at the discretion of their parents. Student will not be permitted to handle the sale of alcohol and if assigned to a front register for these events will work directly with an adult.
7. Centerplate will provide aprons for concession workers.
8. Please sign the sign in sheet once inside the flat iron grill or this fries for you to insure you receive credit for working the event.
9. Parking is provided at the corner of devine and gadsen (red brick USC whse. Lot) This area Is usually marked "concession parking".
10. Please allow time after the event to assist with the clean up. When the event is over we must stay until everything has been cleaned and inventory has been taken.
11. Please remember, that while working the events we must concentrate on giving the service to our customers we would expect to receive if we were making a purchase.
12. Workers are not permitted to drink or eat in the front service area of the concession.
13. While on break workers can eat (1 hot dog per event) in the back kitchen area. Courtesy cups are provided for beverages (unlimited). Please remember to sign the eat sheet if you eat a hot dog during any event.
14. Your team leader will contact you several days before your teams scheduled event as a reminder. Be sure and tell you leader all names who will be participating.  If you are unable to work an event you signed up for please notify your team leader in enough time to ensure we have sufficient volunteers to efficiently operate the flat iron grill and this fries for you.
